Gastroenterologist Consultation Includes:

Initial Dietitian Consultation (Approx. 1.5 hours):

• Introduction, conversation, and history taking;
• Goal setting: improving health and well-being, weight loss or gain, identifying causes of health issues;
• Lifestyle analysis;
• Physical examination: weight, blood pressure, height, waist and hip circumference, body composition assessment, metabolic risk evaluation;
• Based on these results, an additional diagnostics plan is developed (e.g., lab tests);
• Nutrition analysis based on 24-hour recall.

General Healthy Eating Recommendations for the Whole Family:

• Planning food shopping and meals for the workweek;
• Cooking with children, enjoying meals without gadgets, mindful eating with the family;
• Suggestions on which foods to increase or reduce in the diet;
• Guidance on using a calorie tracking app and keeping a food diary;
• Physical activity recommendations and resources for safe exercises.

Optional Next Stage:

• Weekly food diary analysis and development of a personalized 7-day meal plan based on health status, food preferences, and goals (available as an online consultation).

Ongoing Support (Up to 6 Months):

• Regular follow-up consultations (up to twice a month) with assessment of body metrics, nutrition, physical activity, and progress;
• Nutrition plan adjustments based on changes in health, body composition, preferences, and goals.
