The "Fall Risk" program is designed for individuals with balance disorders and an increased risk of falling due to decreased strength, sensitivity, or vestibular disorders. To achieve effective results, sessions are held three times a week, on alternate days. The program is designed for one month.
Our rehabilitation principles for active recovery:
Early initiation of rehabilitation: If needed, a rehabilitation team will visit the patient at home or in the hospital.
High intensity of interventions: Rehabilitation procedures are focused on stimulating functional recovery.
Multidisciplinary team: A team of physical and rehabilitation medicine doctors, physical therapists, and occupational therapists works together to achieve optimal results.
Individual approach: Each patient receives a tailored program based on their goals, rehabilitation potential, and physical abilities.
Use of modern methods and technologies: The program includes innovative rehabilitation techniques and high-tech tools such as Thera-Band and Tymo System Tyromotion.
Outpatient rehabilitation: The option for day care at the center if necessary.
Overcoming fears: Focused work on overcoming fears and anxieties related to the illness.
Program Components:
Consultations with the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team: Two consultations at the start and end of the program with a physical and rehabilitation medicine doctor, physical therapist, and occupational therapist.
Setting short-term goals: During rehabilitation, we work with the patient to establish short-term goals for effective recovery.
