Comprehensive Active Rehabilitation Programs
Standard Active Rehabilitation Program "Stroke"
This program is designed for individuals who have suffered a stroke (ischemic or hemorrhagic) and experience significant mobility issues, balance problems, and difficulties performing daily tasks (dressing, hygiene procedures, etc.).
Duration: 1 month
Session Format: 5 times a week (Monday–Friday), with Saturday and Sunday as recovery days.
Program Includes:
- 3 consultations with a multidisciplinary team (at the beginning, middle, and end of the course);
- Setting short-term rehabilitation goals;
- 20 sessions with a physical therapist (60 min each);
- 20 sessions with an occupational therapist (60 min each);
- Additional consultations with a psychologist, speech therapist (aphasiologist), and other specialists, if needed.
After completing the course, we offer a transition to a supportive rehabilitation program or an individual home exercise plan.
Extended Active Rehabilitation Program "Stroke"
Suitable for individuals with varying degrees of movement impairments, balance difficulties, and challenges with daily activities.
Duration: 1 month
Session Format: 3 times a week (every other day).
Program Includes:
- 2 consultations with a multidisciplinary team (at the beginning and end of the course);
- Setting short-term rehabilitation goals;
- 12 sessions with a physical therapist (60 min each);
- 12 sessions with an occupational therapist (60 min each);
- Additional consultations with a psychologist, speech therapist (aphasiologist), if needed.
After completing the course, we recommend continuing supportive rehabilitation or developing an individual home-based program.
