Breast Asymmetry Correction

Indications for Surgery:

Congenital asymmetry (significant difference in breast size, shape, or position).
Asymmetry after pregnancy and breastfeeding (one breast may lose volume and shape).
Age-related changes (sagging or deformation of one or both breasts).
Post-traumatic or post-surgical effects (e.g., after mastectomy or reconstructive procedures).

How Does the Consultation at Helios Work?

1.Initial Examination by a Plastic Surgeon

General health assessment.
Determination of the degree of asymmetry.
Discussion of desired results and correction methods.

2.Pre-Surgical Examination

Breast ultrasound or mammography.
Blood tests (general, biochemical, coagulation tests, etc.).
Consultation with a physician and anesthesiologist.

3.Choosing the Correction Method

Endoprosthetics (implants) – if one or both breasts need enlargement.
Lipofilling (fat transfer) – for natural volume restoration.
Reduction mammoplasty (reducing the larger breast) – if asymmetry is due to excessive volume.
