How is the consultation and treatment at the Helios Center:

Initial consultation:

At the first consultation, the doctor collects the patient's history, analyzes the symptoms, conducts a gynecological examination and asks about the characteristics of the menstrual cycle and other important aspects of health.

Diagnostics:

The following methods are used for an accurate diagnosis:

Ultrasound of the pelvic organs - to detect changes, adhesions or other pathologies that may indicate endometriosis.
Laparoscopy - one of the main methods of diagnosing and treating endometriosis of the abdominal cavity. This minimally invasive intervention allows the doctor not only to see the lesion, but also to perform the necessary surgical intervention, if necessary.
Histological examination of tissues taken during laparoscopy to confirm the diagnosis.
