The patient can choose the drug that suits him. However, endoscopists recommend using Fortrans in the following cases:

  • if the patient is taking angiotensin receptor blockers (Atacand, Oxaar and their analogues);
  • If the patient has symptoms suggestive of Crohn's disease or nonspecific ulcerative colitis (NUC);
  • If the patient has conditions such as:
  1. diabetes mellitus;
  2. kidney failure;
  3. heart failure.

Moviprep:

In 1 litre of water dilute the contents of both sachets of the drug. All this liquid should be drunk within an hour, starting from 18-00. You should drink it gradually - approximately one glass every 10 minutes. It is necessary to drink 1 glass in 15 minutes. Find out more at the link!

Fortranse:

An indicator of the patient's readiness for colonoscopy is the discharge of clear or yellowish fluid. Detailed preparation of Fortnas can be found at the active link!

Patients who are on therapy should consult their physician about the use of the medication.
