Provision of Medical Services under the Medical Guarantees Program and Electronic Referrals

Our medical institution participates in the Medical Guarantees Program (MGP), funded by the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSU). This means that patients can receive a certain range of medical services free of charge if they have a valid agreement with the NHSU for the relevant package of medical services.

To receive free medical care, you must have:

an electronic referral (if required by the terms of the medical service package);
an identity document (if required);
registration in the electronic health system (EHS).

Provision of diagnostic services via electronic referral

At our facility, patients can undergo diagnostic examinations using an electronic referral generated by their attending physician based on medical indications.

An electronic referral is the basis for receiving medical services under the Medical Guarantees Program if:

the referral is valid;
the facility has an agreement with the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSU) for the relevant package of medical services;
the prescribed examination is included in the list of state-funded services.

Diagnostic services that can be provided via electronic referral include laboratory and instrumental tests in accordance with the terms of the agreement with the NHSU.

How to obtain the service

Contact your family doctor or attending physician.
Obtain an electronic referral for the required examination.
Schedule an appointment at our facility using your preferred method.
At the appointed time, please arrive at the facility for diagnostics.

Important Information

If the examination is not covered by the Medical Guarantees Program or the patient requests an examination without the required electronic referral (in cases where one is required), medical services may be provided for a fee in accordance with the facility's approved price list.
