Occupational health checkups at Helyos are comprehensive medical examinations aimed at promptly detecting the first signs of illness, monitoring workers' health, and preventing the development of occupational pathologies.

Mandatory preventive examinations are required for:

• workers performing heavy work or working in harmful or hazardous conditions;

• individuals whose work requires professional selection;

• workers under 21 years of age;

• workers with variable schedules and night shifts.

Helyos conducts a preliminary medical examination upon hiring to assess the employee's health and determine their suitability for professional duties.

Helyos conducts periodic medical examinations throughout their employment to monitor their health and identify occupational diseases early.

Helyos conducts unscheduled medical examinations upon request from the employee or at the employer's initiative if there is reason to believe their health may impact their safe performance.

The frequency of medical examinations is determined by the nature of their professional activities and the requirements of current legislation.

Employees working in hazardous conditions undergo annual medical examinations. For certain industries—specifically, workers in the food industry, healthcare and childcare facilities, vehicle drivers, and individuals exposed to biological agents—medical examinations may be conducted every six months.

Employees under 21 years of age must undergo a mandatory preventive medical examination every year, regardless of working conditions.

A preventive medical examination at Helyos includes:

• ultrasound using expert-level equipment (as indicated);

• laboratory tests in our own Helyos Lab;

• results processing, recommendations for prevention and further treatment.
